Agreement

By placing an order on our website you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract.

Products

We sell handmade candles and related accessories. Product images on the website are for reference only because each candle is handmade and may have small natural variations in color, shape, or details. These variations are normal and not considered defects.

Payment

Payment must be made in full at checkout unless otherwise clearly stated.

Custom orders may require additional production time. We will notify you of estimated delivery dates.

Damaged Products

If a product arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours with evidence (photo or video). We will offer replacement or suitable compensation in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Cancellations and Returns

If you cancel an order before it ships you can receive a full refund. If the order has shipped then normal return rules apply. Return shipping may be paid by the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Updates

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of the website means acceptance of any updated terms.
